Liita Cress is a slightly bitter cress with the flavour of lavender. Lavender flowers have long been used in cooking, but now there is also a cress variant. The decorative and tasty properties give it great versatility. Liita Cress matches well with light meats, strong-tasting vegetables, and cheese, and it also works particularly well in sweet dishes. 

Origin
Liita Cress originates from the Mediterranean region. The purple lavender fields with their wonderful scent are characteristic of Provence in the South of France.

Liita Cress is available year round and can easily be stored for up to seven days. The storage temperature for this product is between 2° and 7° C.
